Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original EQUIDRY packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
